God First, Bro

Everyone who knows me knows I am in LOVE with my Father in Heaven. I put God first! It is an honor to represent him everywhere I go. Thanks to the company, Jesus Christ Loves U, I am able to rock my faith in style! No, I am not religious, because religion are traditional acts passed down and not really from the heart. It is just going with the moves and not really having the desire to know who God is. I am a Christian who meditates on His word on a daily basis. No, I do not go around criticizing people of their sins, because everyone under the Sun is a sinner in different ways. I show Him my love through dance. He has given me this body to be used as a temple for His will. I'm not looking down on anyone else's religion, I am just thankful for my own :)

Spring Into Confidence

It is crazy how many young girls have body image issues: Nose too big, hair too short, color too dark. We all know Spring and Summer is right around the corner which means more and more bodies will be revealed either on the beach, or out at the parks. Remember, no matter your size, shape, or color wear what makes you happy and do not worry about what others may say. At the end of the day, the only person who can make you happy is YOURSELF! Be confident with who you are and ROCK what you pull out of your closet. Show the world who you are by the love in your heart. The clothes does not make you...you make your clothes! :)

Simple Sunday

What a week! Being a college student, one must be able to balance life. Going back to class, coming in from spring break, professors do not have any mercy on you. It is relaxing to know at the end of the week I can go to a place where all my stress and worries of the world does not matter. A place where people can praise and fellowship with one another. Going to church is a relaxation for me. Knowing that God has a way out of no way and I can cast all my burdens on the alter and leave it there. God is the reason I am who I am. Today for church, I went really simple. It was a bit overcast, but you can really feel Spring approaching! :)
